What Sat distribution amp?

Do i need a specialist SATELLITE DISTRIBUTION AMP to output the COAX from the back of my RF1/2 on SKY HD Box and send to multi rooms? or will any SLX box do the trick?

use any slx or global distribution amp , PROVIDING it has dc passthrough for the eyes

DC is Direct Current , which is for the voltage ( 12 volts I think it is ) to pass from sly box RF2 direct through the SLX and out to all outputs as you may have a magic eye on them and it needs the power to operate

batteries also supply dc , for mobile phones , pocket radios , mp3 players, smoke alarms etc , from between 3v and 12v usually
