i have been ripped off by this company 2 boxes ordered both faulty the dm800se did actually work for 5 days 
the dm800 wouldn,t work out of the box.took 2 weeks [dm800] to return to china at a cost of ?22 recorded delivery.took them 3 months to return it,low and behold dhl have lost it in transport and now toptou don,t want to know about replacing even though they are insured for the parcel.
so basically dm800 ?110+?22 return postage=?122
dm800se ?145 =?267 out of pocket here and only a faulty dm800se thats no good to no one to show for my money.
mods if in wrong place please move only want to give people the heads up so no one else gets turned over if anyone knows of a good cheap place to get parts any advice would be much appreciated.
