    Sat installer Wirral / Merseyside

    Hi Everyone,

I'm hoping someone can help, I'm planning to buy a VU+ Duo in the next week or so and I want a motorised dish set up. I think I've got my head around the components I need (although if anyone wants to suggest based on experience i'm happy to take advice!) and I need a decent installer. I've been quoted some crazy prices for install only, can anyone reccomend a decent installer at a decent price?

    Cheers

No problem getting the stuff mate, I'm just conscious that the install has to be spot on to get the best out of the equipment and in all honesty I'm not that confident in getting it right!!

if you want the job doing right and it is dependant on where its being sited you would be paying more than that, ?100 sounds a lot to the customer but it take it from my point of view Van, Ladders, tools, Fuel, Public Liability Insurance etc...

And if your there probably most of the day aligning the dish for the best possible signal on all sats i am sorry but ?100 wont cut it, It might do for a fly by night but not to get the job done correctly and that wont blow down as i have seen in the last few weeks.

To put it another way if you had to hire all the equipment to do the job thats if you did not have any in the first place then i doubt ?100 would cover it.

On the other hand fair play to all those who do it themselves and do a real good job first time.
