    issue after engineer

Hi there, I had an engineer come out to fix our dish as it had moved slightly in the wind and we weren't getting a signal. He realigned the dish and done some kind of reboot to the hd box downstairs, that was fine it worked away, he told me to do the same to the box upstairs n it will work. I have tried that and its still saying no satellite signal received anyone know how to sort that? I've tried pulling the power but that's not worked. Thankk you

surely the engineer could have checked the box upstairs also... it would have took 5 mins, get him back! regards mdt

check the cable from the dish to the box is in properly and fully tightened.
If you can't get it going then like the post above, get them back out.

If it's a sky box i wouldn't worry about it mate as long as your subscribing just keep getting them back until its right, Depending on the age of the box thats more than likely the fault.
