Its a difficult sat position but you should get some channels, I get the mbc channels all day with a 1m dish up in west yorkshire.

same here, you will only get badr4 but not badr5 or badr6

I get 70-75% on mbc In wiltshire TD88 and inverto black ultra lnb.
The % is irreleant really as all tuners are different.

When I turn my dish around to 26e and scan for channels I pick up SKY UK, 1 SKY UK is enough I think so I'll give this Sat a miss.

This is the listing for 26 east.You're obviously picking up 28 east and have to be very precise to pick up 26 because of the strength of the signal from 28.

I've found this to be a complete pain to catch here (North East of Scotland, on a 1m dish), but I do understand that an increase in transponder strength on some of the nearby sats, is swamping what you could previously receive

I can easily get badr4 on my fixed 1m dish in Leeds, however on my motorized dish 1.1m I never was able to get it despite many attempts.

You should be able to pick this up on the motorised no problem with a good margin, But as always there is a compromise swing it to 26***?e and just slightly tweak the whole array the amount is minimal but this should increase your figures on 4.8?e as well.

Only downside side is you lose a fair bit of signal on the more powerful sats but you should still be AOK
