I need a software for my receiver.

i have a spider box hd 7000 receiver, it was working perfect until last week when all the channells scrambled only free one were left.
the problem is where i bought this receiver has closed down, i'm realy confused. can some one tell me what to do either to get a software or any thing which can help.
I am not good in this staff so please try to explain the all processes, because i've never done this before.

so you can either buy a new spiderbox , or seek out your own srvr and use that instead

and before you ask , no you cannot renew it
