    No Access Tring Sport

    Hello, I`m a new here I own a spiderbox 9000HD with a motorised sat system. I purchased a Tring sports card a couple of weeks ago for the Premier Lge football it has been working o.k. until yesterdays (Sat 14th) games, I could get all the other channels that encrypted but when I selected Tring sports 1,2,3, or 4 I just got the No Access (1) message then when the games finished Tring 1 came back on does anybody have an idea to resolve this problem ?

      You need to make sure you are on Tring Sport News(Sport1) from about 1pm as they send out a signal to allow the 3pm to work on the Tring plus card.

      Mine worked perfect today, just left the card in a TM5402HD & the card updated.

      Maybe it's possible your card is not the Tring plus card.

      I would ask your supplier to confirm this.

      But there was no problem from Tring's end today, all four channels showed a game at 3pm although there was nothing on the HD channel at 3pm today.

          Thank`s for the reply, the card was in the spiderbox,and the card is tring sports. would the spiderbox have to be connected
          to the internet for the tring update signal ?

              no update done through satellite dish ..not internet
              dreambox 800 tech 500 ( ubuntu 10 .04)... 1 m dish v box 2 acuator ..

                  That is a silly way of doing it

                  Your box needs to be turned on

                  Channel needs to be selected

                  2 hours before the game has started otherwise you miss the entitlements.

                  These entitlements should already be allocated to the card

                      It's not too much to ask for such a cheap card really.

                      At least the 3pm's are working unlike some well known Baltic card which costs more than double the price.
