For 4.8 and i presume you mean Viasat for reliable reception and to allow for some rain fade margin you will need at least a 1m, I have picked this up on 80cm but in heavy rainfall and especially here in the UK a 1m is advisable.
16e you can pick up on a 60cm and 13e all you need is an old sky dish but remember to factor in for rain fade margin.
7w not a chance in daylight your looking at a 2.4m + dish size for reliable daytime viewing, At night the Horizontal TP's will just about become visible on a 1m+ dish but obviously no good for your 3pm's.
Conclusion : Get a 1m minimum with an Inverto Black Ultra

i take it is since the new more powerfull w3c went up, 52/50 and 49db on the 3 european beams? what location and what components are you using m8? regards mdt
