vu+ duo fit a 3tb hard drive in it will record everything 5.8ghz wireless sender

vu uno for the single hd tuner

and a sizeable wedge out of the bank account is spent but a hell of a good setup

I dont think any box can do what you ask , everything is a workaround , and the more recordings you want the more tuners are involved

generally speaking , for one room only you need a dish with dual or quad lnb , and 2 coax feeds to the twin tuner box ( this is typically sly HD plus )

then you need a method of sending one channel to other rooms , like sly plus can do using its RF2 output

a sly plus also is a pvr and can record to an internal HDD

and lastly you require a method of changing channel , again sly plus does this using the magic eye

so to do all you ask its probably a vu+ duo as stated in post 2 , the magic eye with infrared blasters added , and the scart to rf adapters to send it using coax cables to each room

no matter what you do it is complicated and very involved , there is no HARRY POTTER box that can do this , apart from sly plus HD and a sub to sly

if you remove the record one channel and watch another option , its a single tuner version of the above

frankly you would have been better to use a spiderbox HD 9000 and not the openbox

Do these 5.8GHz Nikkai send receivers from Maplin work? Will they do the job? It says that you can change channel aswell with remote. Im gonna buy TM5402 or a Galaxy 3000 HD to do it
