Hi can you help, my sky hd box will not except any pre record requirements it indicates that it will record on the planner but then fails,I can not ring sky as it is a second hand box.

Of course you can ring sky up, have you got a Sky+ subscription? You need to ring up sky and get them to pair your card to your box.

i know silly question but you do have 2 feeds into receiver and is set up correct?

hi thanks, yes did that but they will not do that until i attach phone lines to all my mulitroom boxes which i refuse to do.

can you see the signal bar for both tuners as i connected a wrong cable to mine and recording would set but come up failed due to no signal.
