Openbox S11 rebboting when changing sats

Hi

Has anyone encountered problems with the Openbox S11 shutting down when trying to change satellite with a motorised set up?

I have had 3 of these boxes now and had to send the first one back, the replacement box works fine, just got another one to set up for a mate and the same thing is happening it just shuts down and reboots as soon as a command to the motor is made. I have tried flashing with a backup of the working one but still get the same problem.

Just wondered if there is an easy fix before it is sent back for another replacement.

I'm having the exact same problem with my s11, can't get it set up with multi-sat cos whenever i try to go east or west it just re-boots my box.....let me know if you fix it and how.

Sounds like a lack of power...I know these boxes have had PSU problems...
