looking from the front , with the dish on hotbird , the signal will come in from your right and bounce off the dish to your left , so it will require the sly lnb for astra 2 on the left of the hotbird one , but higher up too as it will bounce slightly upwards as wellhi am trying to set up astra 28.2 and hotbird 13 on 1 dish i i want to watch sky.and wife and child want polsat.ive got 2 lnb and 2 recivers.ive got it set at hotbird.i just cant pick up astra.am up in scotland.if ur looking at the dish from the front what side should i have the lnb the left or rite of the lnb for hotbird.i have a 1 meter dish.hope someone can help
so 19e would be to the left and higher up , and 28e even further left and higher up a little bit more
note that 19e is astra and 28.2e is astra2 with eurobird at 28.5e , so its the last 2 you are trying to receive , not astraComment

if your getting bbc/itv/c4/c5 ect then you are on [email protected] (or 27.5w LOL only joking)so you need to check all the transponders in all 4 bands and ajust the skew/focal point of the lnb in the bracket holder... take your time and make very small ajustments untill you peak the signal. with a correctly aligned 1m dish astra2/eb1 should boom in with between 90% and 100% sq readings. regards mdtDM800HDSE SIM 2.10. you wont get free view programmes or channels from a satellite dish
so you must mean freesat , which will be correct if its bbc and itv etc, so just tweak it as described in the previous reply
obviously you wont decode sky programmes or channels without the correct equipment and subbed card or cs, as they are scrambled channelsComment
