tv2 pl1 hd on viasat not working

all i get is a black screen but i can hear the sound. how can i fix this

is this your local card or off someone else. if it is off someone else. they dont have the entitments set to let you see it. have you got the pid and sid

its off someone else, im running a technomate 5402hd, dont thin i can adjust pid and sid, am i being a bit of a lid!!

done a pid search oin the frequency but no luck

i can get it on 1.0w but not on 4.8e

what signal strenghth you got on 4.8e?

i think its bout 75%, i was told my lnb isnt great and that the channel freq is weak but to b honest am a noob and even that sounds strange to me
also some times my viasat works and some times its doesnt, had pl hd working for about 3hrs is last 3weeks

Hd channel is paired to the receiver and will only clear in that receiver not on a share.

tv2 pl hd 1, 2 , 3 on 0.8w works on a share....been watching footy on it for a while now
