hi all,/ the problem im getting is when i scan on 19.2 e im not picking the channels up on that tp im picking 28.2e channels up instead ive even done a manual scan on it and still not the correct sat any 1 got an idea on this 1......

forgot to add most fixed dish are set to astra2 28.2

your dish is not aligned. set 11.597V 22000 BBc world on 19E as this TP is not on 28.2.then use this to get max signal when realigning your dish.

are you using usals?... dish would have to move a large amount on the mounting pole to be 9 degrees out. drive the dish to zero via the menu re-enter your lat/long and re-boot ect. make sure that the problem isnt stb related before getting the ladders out or getting someone in, regards mdt

yes lads i think its stb related ive done a factory setting and readded the fw and loaded the cndf and its now scanning the only problem i have is i cant watch sky sport germany the cs is there but no pic for footy ?

i would check the info on kingofsats for tp info on that channel
and check the info on your box to see if its wrong and channel has moved,a manual scan should get it back then.
assuming dish is pointing to astra1?

yes thanks for the info ive just been on kingofsat and manual added the tp and it still does not show the footy just a blank screen m8 it must be my cs server im wondering if he is subscribed to all the footys like he says ps i can get tring on no probs but any othe footy i cannot get ?

well , sly sport germany is on 12032H 27500, which I get and I get that sport 1 HD fta channel too as it has basketball on it

sly sport HD1 is on 11914H 27500

obviously they wont open if your provider isnt supplying the k&ys

The person who provides your c/s may not subscribe to this channel, We can't really say much on the subject in open forums.

Can you see an epg for that channel, if there is no epg then you are not on the correct channel.

yes there is an epg on the site and it updates

Maybe your cs is for sd not hd.
Check both.
