i have a AZ premium plus twin tuners linux Hd

i am trying to organize my programmes but i cannot seem to save them in favorites , i have followed instructions to the letter i highlight then go to edit then to send to favorites and nothing i press the blue button and create a folder name it press ok and its gone
need help please
