It seems that conax are under some serrious pressure at the moment from been opened, they are changing the codes very frequently and Duolabs dont seem to be able to keep up with the key changes, duolabs encrypt the keys they they get from providers a second time with there own encryption for use on there firmware.

Conax is still reported working on other smartcard hacks, Just wait it will be back soon .

It's gonna be over soon anyway. They're in the process of replacing cards. Originally, they planned shutting off the old CAS-5 cards 'till February.

That is correct Conax are not only due to issue new cards but to update there entire encryption buy changing there version of CAS, there are two implications to this,

                  1. been this encryption will not become the replacement for Nagra2 for us as some have speculated

                  2. Been Duolabs products will most certainly need to be replaced with new products , If Conax are to be still linked with Duolabs as it has been in the past, as everyone knows Duolabs products are a money making racket, and will use any excuse to upgrade there hardware accordinly.
