Anywhere to download csv of all channels on a satellite

As the subject says really.

Im looking for somewhere that will allow me to download a current list of channels (for 28.2E initially) that contains for each channel the following information.

Channel Name
SID
Encryption type
SD/HD

Once i have this information, I'm trying to write a decent script for MythTV to scan the bird (which in myth gives funny channel names/numbers etc) then update the channel numbers according to a predetermined list on my box.

I think i know how to do all of this but i just need some place to download a list of all channels with the info above.

i was wondering if a dreambox or similar could produce such a list.

Thanks! You wouldnt happen to know of another list which gives sky epg numbers that is both complete and regularly updated?

I tried wikipedia but would really prefer a page that has all channels in one table and not split by genre.
