if on usals fine tune by adjusting your longitude in the box by 0.2 degrees at a time either way til max signal acheived .you are only losing it on usals because either the dish/motor is not aligned correctly or the wrong longitude value is in the STB.if only slightly out the method I gave should sort it out.

if you are getting all the other sats ok on usals but not 28.2E check you have 28.2E in the "sat degrees" part of your motor setting menu.for that sat.

            motor

the sat 28.e is there m8 it just does not stay on the tp when u switch back from any foreign sat i still have to drive it west or east to get the signal on and then i store it on 1.2 and exit am i doin that wrong storing it on 1.2 because when i try to store it on usals i lose it ?

thats because you can"t store it on usals.as the usals system calculates where the sats are in relation to your longitude and to each other.if you get 1 sat correctly aligned(it doesnt matter which one) all the others must fall into place providing the dish/motor are correctly set up for the longitude in the STB,initially this should be your location long but this may need fine tuning.
so on usals if 42E,39E,36E,23.5E 19E,16E etc:are all ok 28.2E should fall into place automatically.I dont know if you can mix usals and 1.2 on your box (you can on some) if you change all your sats over to 1.2 do you still have a problem?

Sounds like the receiver and motor have not been setup for USALS and instead have been setup for Diseqc 1.2, Your only solution apart from getting it realigned and done correctly for usals is as dick b says to store every satellite manually.

So start either from your furthest west position or east and manually tune a transponder from one of the sats and store this as a number in your receiver you will have to do this for every single satellite you can possibly receive.

may not be the best solution but do you have easy access to your motor without any safety risks if so then i suggest you go into the blades menu drive the motor to Zero get up to the motor itself and reset it completely, Not sure which motor you have if its a motek or clone then it should have a small reset hole. if its a darkmotor hold both buttons in for at lest 10 seconds this will reset the memory.

Then try again either by your usals settings or manually with diseqc 1.2
