need eagle box help

hi, m having problem connecting my eagle box to LAN. i was trying to flash eagle v5 image through flashwizard6.3, it was taking so long on writing image part and stuck at 84% for 40 mins, i pulled the power cable and thought to go it another go but now box can not connect to LAN, i plugged network cable to my laptop and other end with eagle box and in network connections of my laptop it connects to the box without problem, but when i plug the cable back to my router then box does not connect to LAN, m so confused do know wot to do, dont have usb to rs232 cable so only option for me to flash is through flashwizard, so please help me wot shud i do?

you will have to start from scratch and use a null modem cable and a pc or desktop running xp and which uses a standard com port (not using your laptop or any usb adapters either)

then follow the same procedures on loading but over the serial cable, same as on similar boxes
