hiya i have blademedia 7000 with newcamd connection. i have put the lastest firmware jan 2012 but when putting in the newcamd details it says connected but still does not work. where am i going wrong. please help...

are you getting the free to air channels ok on screen?
if yes its as ramjet says contact your cs man

I had the same issue jus kept disconnectin, I reinstalled the older patched software and it seemed to fix the problem

thanx for the replys. i bought this box last yr and the one yr sub will be ending soon. so i have been testing the free card share details. i have put then in and it still says connected in green but will only play the fta channels. this is when is i switch off the providers server off. and put mine on. dont understand. surely shud work when it says connected.....

are you sure the free test lines are for 28.2? where are you getting lines from?

because any good line works for me in blades
