Box to replicate Sky + and multiroom

Is there a satellite box that will replicate the sky multiroom and + set up?

Looking for something with recording facility, twin tuner, RF out and the ability to use magic eye.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

no box on the market can do as you have asked

some can do some of what you require , but without various extras nothing can do it in one package

vu+ duo and clarketech extrend HD silverline are 2 that have twin tuners and do some of the tasks you asked about

no box is magic eye compatible or sends power to magic eyes , except the sly boxes

most boxes do not include an rf modulator either

Other than timer record nothing like sky+

As for the magic eye get a tvlink Plus psu and this will allow you to use the magic eye as it will power the magic eye.

I would go for the VU+ Duo as its stability and functions are far better than most in the market.
If you add a hard drive you can install the plugin: permanent timeshift which will enable rewind / pause just like sky+
If you would like to use a magic eye, as suggested you can get a tvlink plus. (this will also do your RF out.... thanks Rodbouy!)

This will just about achieve what you want to

There is a Technomate TM-7102HD Combo Twin Tuner
which has everything you want, however I find the technomate interface somewhat lacking compared to the enimga boxes.
