    blade hdd playback problem

I just wondered how well peoples hard drives work. My hdd played hd video recordings perfectly with no stuttering but last few weeks it seems to stutter every so often. I reformatted the drive to see if that helped but it didn't. I'm wondering if its the latest fw that's making it like this.
Does anyone else have this problem?

Have you ran the test to check it works fast enough? My HDD in my blade says "good" also that intermittently works fine then poor. It is fast to start spinning but not quite fast enough for HD. My other HDD is a WD 3.5" 2TB which is very slow to start spinning but fast enough to record HD.

It says good performance. I might have. 3.5 hdd somewhere. Infact I've definitely got one in my v+ box they never picked up. I'll have a look on eBay for a cheap caddy.
I just find it odd that it did work ok and not anymore. It is only hd channels on mine aswel.

if it is on just fast enough then it only needs to under perform slightly to cause glitches. I'm looking at getting another one soon.
