This is probably a stupid question but if i brought a twin LMB ie one LMB with two outputs can that be used to view two different receivers ie one downstairs and one upstairs as im just in the process of sorting a motorised system and want to buy the right LMB.

Yes it can, Ive just fitted a 2 output LMB to a dish that is feeding 2 different apartments, you can get up to a 4 output and have 4 different receivers viewing different channels

its actually an LNB , LowNoise Block

and you can buy a single , a twin , a quad and an octo lnb , so 1 , 2 , 4 or 8 outputs, I fitted an octo on my zone 2 sly dish
