ok fitted my dish only getting 28.2 on motor dish 1.0 meter. i am trying to set it to work on usal. how do i do that like goto x cheers all lee

ok mate i have spiderbox 9000hd 1 meter dish with dark motor. its doing my head in now.the light underneath are flashing red and green at the same time. what could this be. and also the dish is not going around. it is going up and down if that makes any sence to anyone cheers lee

The Lights should flash thats normal operation, if you mean the dish is going up and down by it is making a half circle motion then that is correct also, if you literally mean up and down then something is not quite right.

ok mate i have installed the motor and dish be still only gettin 28.2 and 19.2 and thats it. where am i going wrong. could it be i am using my satellite at the back off my house when it should be at front of the house. but there is no room for the motor to turn at the front of the house. i have the dish at the back of my house on a pole high up. but there is a chimmeny there. but i belive it is clearing the chimmeny. how many sat should a 1 meter get and witch ones. thank you all for your time cheers lee

Depending on your location and line of sight anything from say 62? east to 58? west

cheers mate. so it wont matter that the dish is at the back of my house. there is a small chimmney in the way. not sure that is stoping me from getting all the sats. i will try and install thor first tomoz. and hope the rest will fall into place. cheers lee

any obstructions will block your dish from seeing satellites, including walls , chimneys and trees

if you go on dishpointer you can place your dish onto your house wall and check what satellites you can receive quite easily

Hi. I have installed dozens of TM2600 motors in the last couple of years and can tell you that if you are only getting 28.2 EAST and 19.2 EAST its because your dish is probably too low for the WEST bound satellites. Send the dish to HOTBIRD using USALS and if no signal or pictures adjust the dish slightly up. Also make sure you have an up to date Transponder(frequencies) list for your satellites. Also as already mentioned make sure you have no obstructions in the way. Regards.
