Solar Flares and CS's

Hi guys stupid question but I've been working out on the wind farms in the north sea and my iridium Satelite phone went funny due to the solar flares I've just got home and have been away for two weeks, long story short would this effect the servers my CS points to I'm using Class HD.

i actually work on the mpi workboats but at times we need to go up and check the systems are sending the data back to the substation for e-on via fiber line, and we deliver techies to the turbines so that they can [ sounds daft ] tighten the nuts and bolts due to the vibration
