help cb radio interference on dreambox

a neighbour across the street has a cb radio and when he turn it on i can hear him speak through my dm500 and its driving me crazy any way to stop this

you could try replacing your cables with expensive/quality ones which have better screening properties and if that doesnt work... sneak out in the middle of the night and sabotage his array, regards mdt

I would never have thought that still happened, I remember in the 70s/80s when the guy next door with a silver rod would turn on his cb at night and it effected the whole street, and now and again taxis would come up the street and you'd hear the radio through your tv but that was the analogue days, I never knew people still had cb's ,

Had the same problem years ago with a neighbour and i got him a ferrite coil wrapped the coax around it half a dozen times problem solved you must be able to get them somewhere still.................
