Blade cndf to pc

Hiya all
Dont suppose some kind soul could upload the central region cndf from the blade online somewhere for me?
I need to do some custom listings for a mate but didnt have a stick on me to copy his and change it.
Is it possable to download this straight from the blade site somewhere straight to pc? I dont have a blade myself anymore...

Yeah hes ok with that but not too good at moving the channels round to the way he wants them tbf.
I dont wanna go round and save to usb stick to drive 15 miles home to change stuff round to go back again.

I thought there was a way of address where you can ftp into BM servers and download it straight to your pc?
If anyone knows this then brilliant

If not can someone do a copy of the central region cdf file and post it to me?

Took me a while to find out how to do it. On the blade box goto Menu > Installation > Download then click either red green or blue to download files to USB
