Help neede! Diablo cam seems not work

Pardon me if I am still being dumb but for some reason I can't figure out how to make my diablo cam to work. I have a TM 6900 HD Combo Super and with the help of Benny I successfully programmed the Diablo cam (I hope!) I updated that with the Underworld 163, then 164. But when I put the CAM into the receiver and go to menu then Common Interface it always says "slot 1 and slot 2" instead of seeing the underworld files. What am I doing wrong? I am going crazy. Can you help me please?

are you saying the cam is'nt recognised by the receiver
and when you look in the common interface menu
first is the cam fully pushed in the slot, and have
you try turning the receiver off and on again then
checking if it now shows. if you have and it's the same
i would format the cam and load the latest 1.65 dup file
put the cam in the receiver and see if it is now recognised
if yes the re-set the cam configuration then your chns should open

Thanks a million Benny I finally successeed! I gave up yesterday and just now I also realised that 8281 wouln't worked either. so I downloaded patch 671 and Alleluha! I was on board (I had 674 before). For some reason I needed to go back before my baby could respond to me. Great to have you around Benny!

it's good your sorted mate but the cam should work
with any patch or without a patch mine works with all
patch versions, when you say 8281 i take it you menu
8280 for the entry of biss keys. if your cam is'nt working
with all patches i think it's more likely you had a glitch when
loading the patch, and loading a earlier patch cleared the problem
