got channels missing there in channel list but blank screen says service could not be found .noticed that the frequency is only at 60%on snr band and 75 %on the agc but on the channels that work its over 95% on both ,,,,how can i solve this thanks

Can be a few things,out of date bouquets which i doubt but more likely your dish is out of line.
Then again at 60% you should still get a picture but nothing great on hd channels.
Id start with your connections or try your box at a mates to see if its your dish that is the root of the problem.

tried box at mates picked all channels up ok this morning ive got a old sky box tried that that picks up all free veiw channels ?the dreambox got free view channels missing ie e4 4+1 5+1 is the sky box set at same frenquency as dream boxthanks for quick reply

Hi

If you talking about the channel list I sent you, the list works perfect my end.

Initially I thought the tuner but if you have tried the dreambox at your mates and it was working fine then something is not right with your set up at ome.

Check your cabling making sure there are no strands touching the inner core. If all cabling sound and secure then its either your dish or your lnb.

Think you can use your sky box to check how good a signal youve got which may give you an idea how accurate dish is aligned but not a gr8 way as there could be issues with your lnb too.
