Blade 7000s CCline HELP !!!!!!!!

Help Please

Ive just bought my second Blade box.
Patched up with the latest firmware channel list etc.
Entered my CCline and my new box just wont connect, internet is all ok, Ive double checked entry all ok, even entered my new ccline in my other box to make sure the line was active ( worked fine)
Ive done a factory reset and re-scanned channels. Still nothing.

Im at loss... Any HELP Please !!!!!!!

have u checked if the box is connecting to the net? check IP settings, or your wifi bridge if you have one.

is the ccline the same for both boxes? if not try the one from your first box on this new box see if that works

and have u updated the box with the latest 14 march firmware?

I think some of the older boxes had problems with the lan port wont connect with cable in all the way in. Try takin the cable out slightly see if it makes a difference

have you changed where it says 3 seconds to 8 seconds

Checked the internet connection, by running you tube.
time out is on 3 seconds ( the default )
Ive wiggled the ethernet cable about a bit in a desperate last ditch attemp to get something.
Ive even put the ccline from my working box in, still wont connect. ( I have two different lines )

AARRRGGGHHHH !!!!!!!!

Just put latest March firmware on. Still Will not connect ???????????????

patch it with the latest patch , then press 9991 and add your c line details into one of the server lines (think there are about 24 server lines to choose from)
