Newbie with a Spiderbox 9000 hd

Hi, Complete newbie and a div when it comes to this sort of thing.

I purchased a spiderbox and had it installed.
I thought i'd scan through the channels. I keep getting scambled channel. I'm a bit annoyed as i was led to believe that i would have everything. Do i call the company up and have a go or is there anything i can do to sort this out?

you didnt say where your dish is pointing , but unless you pay for a c line from a server (which we dont discuss) you wont get "everything"

in fact , scrambled channel would be correct on anything that is "scrambled"

suggest you call your supplier

which channels are you hoping to recieve?? as although the spiderbox opens a wealth of channels via "ethernet gift" and via softcam it wont get you rupee,s uk channels unless you find a friend as @ramjet has said. regards mdt
