Tonight's Panorama was meant to be aired 2 weeks ago, but had to be kept back as Rupert's threats to sue. Anyway Rupert is still planning to sue after tonights airing.

Its really not that interesting although I suppose you could say its amusing.

It basically just re-iterates the Lee Gibling/NDS saga and how they employed him to release the code for SECA cards (which partly resulted in the failure of ITVDigital). At the same time Lee's forum (Thoic) was being used to monitor/identify various TV hackers by NDS security.

Its really a 10 year old story with a slight update.
