card splitter advice please

a card splitter called smart wii i have seen it advertised, it supports up to eight boxes on the one card, a wireless signal is transmitted to a reciever card in each box, different programs can be viewed on each box.

Sounds almost useless. More and more providers are using some form of card marriage these days. I bet Sly is next with their new smartcard.
