    LNB and CABLE

    Hi all looking some recommendations for the best quality lnb and cable to use as im getting some freezing ect on a duo , the SNR at minute is abt 78-82 % and id like to get it up a bit just to rule that out

    freezing is unlikely to be caused by snr/quality readings its probably they way you recieve your channels.all the meters on boxes vary but if you think its lower than it should be check your dish alignment 1st.

      Thanks 4 reply m8 , it was a s*y engineer that put it up , as u wouldnt get me up a ladder il see if i can find someone to check alignment m8

        i would also try powering off network, box, modem for 30 secs then on may clear any faults there.

            Normally your cs supplier, readings like that are good enough.

              Its best to invest a good quality cables rather than an elcheapo one supplied.
