Interesting. Been looking at these gigablue receivers and nothing has really made me think get out and buy one, but this receiver has my attention.

The Receiver could be Gold Plated for me but if it does not have the Support then its doomed to failure, Just look at some of the others, TM800HD, Qboxmini etc...

my abcom 9000hd was suposed to be the bees knees with twin tuners,it was the support that was not there to fix the bugs.

Yeah mate that is what has stopped me being interested in the Gigablue receivers. With there current receivers there is a few images and for instance the gigablue 800 is practically the same spec or is (will need to check again) as the Dreambox 800 SE clone receiver. and the clone SE is slightly cheaper (yes I know some are against clones but for me personally I think the SE clone receiver has more than proved itself) the clone receiver in my opinion would win as it has more support many more images etc.

This quattro looks cracking it would be really good to see it come in at nice price, that beats other receivers of the same spec but it is going to need to have the support behind it.

Watched a demo video of it on youtube and it looked like it was running a Blackhole image.

I will keep my eye on it thats all I am saying and hope it all the best would be nice to have another choice than our current choice.

Once again but I want to see a android receiver that can run cams/emus that would just be heaven imagine it awww makes me drool .

Depends on your definition of support. OK so there's only currently 3 images for the GB HD800 SE. But they're stable and work.

Its an E2 box so most plugins/addons are available/work as they would on any other E2 box. And there is plenty of support for GiGaBlue out there.

Bought an SE a few weeks ago as fancied something a bit different that wasn't a clone

It's proving to be a good solid/stable box at sensible money so far.

Not watched the youtube vid, but it's probably a Team Red image, which is remarkably similar to BH

i thought giga blues were just clone 800se with a different badge on them which lets the sat shops sell them as orginals and no hassale from dm etc

Yeah mate I get that there E2. Also I have been meaning to follow these receivers but got a lot going on. I like seen new receivers to the market and the GigaBlue receivers I hope that more image teams come on board etc.

See I love my Xtrend ET9200 but one thing I prefer my clone SE over it is there is a much larger choice of images.

What I like about the GigaBlue receivers is that they have came on the scene and for instance there SE model its a superb price for the spec and compared to for instance the DM SE original.

But glad to hear some feedback on these receivers on DK mate.
