              i can lock it out on f lines and c lines....but when i got my local in the reader...it goes to that....and i don't wanthat as i don't have this channel on my card but it still thinks it has and reads from it..

              so basically when i take my card out the reader...it opens the channe..and when the card is in...it dont work

                  well found the answer....

                  need to use a command
                  SMARTCARD SID ASSIGN : /dev/sci0 0 { all the SID of channels that you want opening from your card each separated by commas }

                  this will then open up all the channels listed in between the barckets...any others it won't look for.

                  thanks for those peeps that helped me and tried to help.

                  cheers boys.

                    try this
                    just put the sid of the channel you want to block

                    SMARTCARD SID REJECT: /dev/sci0 { xxxx,xxxx,xxxx }
