What you on about? If you have a universal lnb it wil work with all sats and all horizontal and vertical transponder..however you will need a cband lnb for channels which are on right or left polarity...

The dishes YOUVE probably seen with more than 1 lnb is when people want to receive more than 1 sat using one dish... and either dont want to go motorised or not have to align it everytime they want to view another sat

For example I believe you can point a Dish at 19e and have 2 LNBs with the other one pointing at 13e.. your dish would not be motorised and you wouldnt have to jump up the ladder everytime you want to move between them 2 sats... a flick or a switch changes to the other LNB picking up the other sat

Depending what size of dish you have you can have about 8 LNBs on the end of it... cant understand why they dont just stick a cheap motor to the back of it instead

Btw having multiple lnbs is much harder than it looks on pics..each lnb will need different amount of skew for the different sats and the elevation and angles will also be different..this is why people just buy a motor or if they are ardent that they only need two sats like 19e and 13e they can buy a monoblock where all the angling is done..
