cant pick up more4+2

cant seem to pick up more4+2 on openbox s10 have done scan also added transponder from lyngsat but all i pick up is channel4 hd
anyone help

I do not believe there is a more4 +2 , its not listed on kingofsat either

i added the details into the search bar

just scanned that transponder manually and only c4HD on it

lyngsat only lists it as being on from 1945 to 2300 anyway

I used more4 as the kos search to cover all channels
