Starview hd combo+ Jtag

Hi, my combo+ was hit by a power surge, repaired power board but still not working, been told it needs jtagged, tried connecting 2 pins together didn't help, was wondering if anybody has managed to jtag a combo box? Cheers Steve

Tried that pin 20 fix, no joy, is it possible that it's not needing Jtagged, it was a power surge that took the box down, I had not upgraded the software for at least a month prior?

do any lights come on or is it just dead

Hi mate having a similar problem...only the optical light comes on in the back when switched on theres no lights on the front

...do you know how to fix?
