thanx so itl just read mkv. i had a dm500hd but got rid as thing kept loosen n moving chans. so openbox today.

its a hd box still the same. and the other dm500 was losen chans and every time i moved them bk then it would say chanl list had changed and took others from it. still 55 itherway and its both hdmi and the same as the dm500hd priceComment

I cannot see a dm500HD box being the same price as an openbox
a dm500s SD yes , but not a HD
and in any case you cannot expect features on a cheap box the same as can be found on boxes costing more than twice the price, like streaming and playback
an eagle 800HD will play divx and other files , as will a blade bm7000s or a spiderbox 7000 or 9000 HDComment
