Hi A 1m dish for |Sirius should be ok. Is the VIASAT promo the only channel you are picking up.? Have you tried to do a blind search on the satellite?? This will give you an idea if your dish is properly aligned or not. With my TM5400 i tuned in over 130 channels on Sirius. Regards. -

Which box is it [Samsung? Pace? Triax?] & is it the HD or both HD/SD you are having problems with - we installed a lot after Showsports lost the EPL rights & ADMC proved a little more challenging ... the tuners were crap & we got another surprise when the 3pms on HD went iffy '@ 3pm' liked they'd 'done something just at 3pm .... they were acceptable at other times - ended up swinging some big dishes round left over from Showsports ..
where you are should be a little more forgiving but it is classic that you can max out on Viasat on a normal meter or receiver on a c. 1m & switch to a genuine box & it doesn't do as well..
What dish is it .. is it all in good condition [not distorted etc..]
is there a big dish you could just test the box on [local guy with a motor'd 1.8 CM etc..]Comment

what you should have done is tack your new post onto that old thread as all the info in that thread is still relevant to your issues
I very much doubt that anyone here can help you as what you really need to do is check a working box on your system and your box on that working system, for comparison checks as mentioned in the previous post
very few people will have experience of what you are doing as its not a native to the uk box and 98% of members here or more wont have one at all so cannot even answer the question posed
I would follow the advice given by pedro and do comparison checks on similar or larger and working systems
and although you ask if you need a bigger dish (which you may well do) that is a different ball game as you need planning permissions, a polar mount and actuator and a vbox2 as well. so certainly not cheapComment
