sky 12 volt

Hi everyone
Moved my sky box and the 12 volt power out put on RF 2 is not working any more , The power is still turned on in the RF menu but nothing ? so can't use magic eye in other room to change channels . Any ideas ?

Can you repunctuate that please? Im finding it hard to understand what exactly you mean...

plug out box for a min or so and then you should get it back m8.

Worse case scenario update the software aswell by doing a backup.

Have had them go short and then it disables it

How do you switch on 12V on Sky box. I have looked at all menu options but cannot find it.

services, system setup, 0, 1 select, brings you to a secret menu then rf output on and afaik its 9v's not 12
