skystar 2, dvbviewer

hello , out there!!!! i just find you from google .
i was trying to find information about my pci skystar 2 and how i will install it in windows 7 64 bit, made it works fine!
i have install dvbviewer to and works to.
my question is.
how i will install vplug?
i have already install but i dont thing its correct because the scampled channels its still locked.
any ideas how i get it work!?

Not used DVBviewer in a long time well over 7 years, anyway found this for you

put into C:\Program Files (x86)\DVBViewer\Plugins (64 bit, 32 bit = prorgam files) and install , copy vsids and vkeys into it and it should work
