Always been on post you never buy electrical equipment special on ebay?.

Have asked ebay for a refund???????????

You're in safe hands when you shop on eBay.

In most cases, eBay transactions go through with no problems at all. But we've put safeguards in place to make sure that if anything does go wrong, you will get the item you wanted or your money refunded in full, including postage.

Tools owned: Hammer, Chisel, Crowbar, Punch, Chainsaw, Cutter and Brain!!!

Did you know People will question all the good things they hear about you but believe all the bad without a second thought.

thats not always the case either as i bought a faulty item and ebay sided with the seller which left me ?60 out of pocket and i have also been victim of the empty box scam and lost out on ?450 so its not always the case, regards mdt

I bought a coffee maker, which worked for a day.
Left pos feedback and packed up next day.
Contacted seller and he agreed wasn't good enough and offered to refund.
Nothing happened, escalated, showed ebay his emails and they sided with him.
          Not always worth a wink

I purchased a router from Ebay, whih clearly stated "one year warrenty". About 3 months later it packed in.

Contacted the seller & he said to send it back. I sent it back recorded delivery & the seller confirmed he received the item.

Then refused to issue a refund or send a replacement.
opened PayPal dispute.... and guess what, they said because its been over 45 days, we are not interested!!!

Even tho Ebay & Paypal knew I had sent the item back and that the seller received the item, they refused to do anything.
I got conned out of ?35.00 for the router and ?16.00 for sending it back to the thieving basta#!

            Ebay & PayPal are SHIT!

looks like more and more people are reporting faulty clone duo/solo,s(de-ja-vu) like the first dm800 clones... i think i might give the vu uno clone a miss untill the chinese sort the power supply/tuner probs out, probably rev4 or rev5. regards mdt
