Good advice add Catseyes latest bouquet and see if that makes a difference,no need to do a scan it does all the hard work for you.

why me??????????
would it be worth going right back to the start and setting it all up again?thing is the box has six months free gift with it and i don't really want to do a re-set as i'll lose it all i guess and at the moment don't know where to get the gift from what i am seeing on the tv is a signal at around 79% on a universal lnb no quality strenght well 2% but when i scan on astra it takes its time but won't receive any tv or radio,i must have got something wrong somewhere? i'm in ls22 and have a longtitude of138 w and a latitude of54 this is correct i take it?Comment

Hi. Try the following:
1) Check motor is actually working ie does it move the dish?
2) If moving then check LNB connections. Make sure cables connected properly.
3) If motor not moving dish check if motor is USALS compatible. Some older models only supported Diseqc(1.2).
4) Send dish to FREESAT at 28 east and check for channel BBC1 LONDON. If no signal/picture try to loosen dish and move it by hand slowly until you find a picture or signal and then tighten dish up again. Nb you can send the dish to whichever satellite suits you and check for signal/pictures.
