    this might give you a little help
    Install and point a satellite dish / Tools and needed materials / Tools and needed materials / Puntodepartida.com guides

    or

    [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-k_yhxmGlEA]YouTube - motorised satellite tv installation guide[/ame]

    i would recommend T&K brackets over any L pole anyday

        the hardest part is setting up the dish m8....box is easy.

        cams decrypt the channels....out of curiosity what are you planning on getting from satellite?

            if its genuine sky hes after then unfortunately its not hacked so only a valid subscription or cardshare will work....at the minute the only really good package thats hacked is digitv on 1w but thats going to nagra3 soon so its decision time...do you join a cardshare which the hardest part is finding a good stable one as a lot freeze more times than a eskimo pi$$ing in the artic....other than that you would need a receiver with a CI (cam) slot and invest in a cam and programmer but still sky wont open with a cam.

                depends on what you want.

                your current sky minidish will only be of any use for uk sky on 28.2e satellite/

                if you want a motorised setup...probs bout ?200ish for a setup, could be extra if you want to join a cardshare as you need a linux based receiver for this.....if you want a cam then probs bout ?100 ish for the cam and programmer....then a lot of cardshares you've either got to pay a small monthly subscription or share back a card

                    for cardshare you'll need a linux based receiver and to join a cardshre...but as stated the hardest part is finding a good one that wont keep freezing.

                    since dont directly all card sharing talk on here type it in google and see what the results are m8

                        you will either need to cardshare or use your official card in, but tbh the sky box is better than any after market box for just using your official card

                            no you will only get what you pay for from your card....unless you join a cardshare then u can cancel your subsciption altogether....but as stated u need to find a good cardshare that wont keep freezing
