Please Help with Protec 9700hd

Hello

Please can anyone help me. My brother died a few months ago and he used to take care of our Protec 9700hd receiver.

I switched the box on this morning so that te kids can watch their cartoon programmes and all of the Bouquets have gone when i press the blue button on the remote control.

Does the software need to be updated? The System Information menu says;

Loader Version 3.01
Firmware Version 3.00.20
Hardware Version 1.2

I have never had to update anything on the receiver as my brother always took care of that.

I will be so greatful for any ones help. Thank you in advance

I have just got back home and it is working.

Can i also please ask, im not sure if all the bouquets are working? Is there a list of all the bouquets that are working and available?
