10057 Error in function send socket not connected

Hi Guys,

I no there are previous threads on this but there seems to be no solution. I have two dreamboxes dm500 which have been working fine until today.

When I open DCC and enter the IP addresses I know are correct I am just getting the "100057" Error message. I have a green connection from the computer to the router but the connection from the dreambox is red.

Can anyone advise me on this as I can not get it to work.

if you are sure that the password is correct and ip addy has no conflicts(try fixed ip instead of dchp) then try a re-boot and then a re-flash... ive seen this before when ive just plugged the box in and sometimes it takes a while for it to work properly. you could try a later version of DCC also to see if it helps. regards mdt

Make sure your router hasnt reset and changed the ip addresses of your boxes thats what happened to me today

For some reason the dcc program yesterday just decided it didnt like one of the boxes IP addresses. So simply did a restore of the tp links I have and set a new IP to the dreambox and its working fine again.
