sky2 no picture

I don't want to sound thick but I have a spiderbox 9000hd
and cant get sky2 on it
has the frequency been changed? how do I change it on a spiderbox?
I put a bilybobs channel list on it about 8 months ago do I need a new list?

depends mate where are you receiving the gift from pick tv aka sly2 are encrypted different than most channels google oscam

I have a cccam key
I think a new channel list is over due
I dont no what oscam is? never heard of it till now
Can I just delete none working sky2 and scan it in again?

I have deleted sky2 and done a scan and its fine now working okay
and I cant get my head around the spider-box 9000hd menu
I tick the sky2 channel with move and it doesn't do anything
or move WFT! is the menu that crap!

no , its the user that cannot read the onscreen menu

to move a channel , moves the cursor to MOVE on the top menu in the channel editor,tick sky2 with the ok button , then go to the section where you want it on that menu, lets say below sky1, then press green to move it there, exit and save

the menu is one of the best around, but correct use is important
