I have an ET9000 and there was no SoftCam.Key file where it should of been. Is it a case of me renaming the file in post #7 and ftp'ing it to the correct location?


Or is there more to it, and do i have to worry about keyroll and constant.cw or dont they matter..... Arrrgghhhhh!!!!!

Its hurting my head too on a Vu Ultimo...no idea what I am doing wrong..have tried adding this line to CCam.cfg: SOFTKEY FILE : /var/keys/SoftCam.Key and then renaming the file in post 7 to SoftCam.Key and ftp to /var/keys assuring that I change it to an executable file (ie 777) but no success on clearing the channel.

In addition I scanned 10.0e and I can only find the channels PLTV enc1 and PLTV enc2...are these the ones that this BISS key would clear and are they in HD?

Hi ,

Does anyone know how to enter the biss key for PLTV
into a Medialink Black Panther box.

I am not familiar with this box that's all & i can't find a great
deal about this on the net.

If any kind person has any tips, i would be very grateful.
